Case Study - Nexsen Pruet
Nexsen Pruet is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. The firm's 425+ users are located in eight offices throughout the Carolinas and provide a variety of legal services in different practice areas. The firm requested Andrew Z. Adkins III, director of the Legal Technology Institute to review the current technology environment and technology staffing and provide recommendations to help improve the level of technology service to end users.
Mr. Adkins worked with the firm's HR Director, Legal Adminstrator, Managing Partner, Marketing Director,
IT Director, and Technology Committee, helping to determine the current state of technology compared with peer law firms and provided recommendations and an implementation plan to help improve technology services to clients. Mr. Adkins conducted an online survey of technology use to gain insights into the current use of the technology systems.
