Case Study - City of Peoria, Arizona - City Attorney Office
The City of Peoria, Arizona, City Attorney Office retained Andrew Z. Adkins III, director of the Legal Technology Institute to conduct a Technology Assessment and provide recommendations and direction for implementing a computerized practice management system.
Mr. Adkins worked with the City Attorney and staff to review existing technologies, processes and procedures. Mr. Adkins provided recommendations for a Practice Management System (matter management and document management), a budget and implementation plan to help improve efficiencies within the office.
